The duration of affair is four (4) hours.
The buffet is served for two and a half (2 ½ ) hours.
The full Open Bar is available for four (4) hours.
A $400.00 deposit is required upon signing contract.
If date of affair is more then 6 months away, a second deposit, same amount as first, will be due in 90 days.

Payments are due in full ten (10) days prior to event date. For Southampton Room and Fountain Room only, payments are due in full the Monday prior to event date.
We accept cash, certified checks or credit cards (small fees apply, differ by hall) for payments.
Tip for workers – minimum of $35.00 per worker due the day of affair.
All tables will be covered with cloth table covers, cloth napkins and water glass at each setting.
You can bring in your centerpieces. Ask sales associate.
Price includes China and Silverware and Glassware on Bar.
Disposable Plastic Forks, Knives and Spoons can be substituted in place of China and Silverware. Excludes cloth napkins, water glasses and carved entrees. Deduct $2.00 per person.
We can supply a miniature assorted sweet table for $3.50 per person extra.
We do not allow you to bring in your own desserts. We do allow cookies to be brought in to party.
To celebrate your joyous occasion, we can supply a tiered pound cake at $7.50 per pound extra.
Customers can supply their own cake but it will only be cut and wrapped. Cake will not be served.
An Extra Entrée will cost $2.00 per person extra.
An Extra Vegetable will cost $0.75 per person extra.
An Extra Half-Hour Open Bar is $2.00 per person extra.
An Extra Full-Hour Open Bar is $4.00 per person extra.
Open Bar Option can be substituted for beer, wine and soda bar. Deduct $2.00 per person.
Open Bar Option can be substituted for soda bar. Deduct $3.00 per person.
Coat Room Attendant can be provided for $25.00
No confetti items allowed on tables.
No tape or pins on walls etc. Use 3M Strips or picture puddy.
We allow 90 minutes before affair begins for customers to come in and do personal touches or private vendors to come in and set up.
If you are having a band, dance team or DJ with extra equipment, we allow 30 minutes after end of the affair to break down and pack up. Any time after that we charge $50.00 per hour. We will collect at final payment. If they do not go over, we will refund back to the customer.
Milillo Event Group is not responsible for items left behind.
Milillo Event Group is not responsible or power outages by nature or by live entertainment at event.
Any promises or extra items discussed must be written down in order for Milillo Event Group to honor them. Ask sales associate to write all items on contract or addendum.
